Refund Policy

Returns and Exchanges
Our return policy has a time limit of 15 days. After these 15 days, since your purchase, it will not be allowed to make the exchange.
During these 15 days, in case of exchanges, your refund can be made through a voucher in the value of the item or items returned. Please note, possible later returns of items purchased with a voucher will always be made using a voucher.

Vouchers are non-refundable.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

We exchange items if they have manufacturing problems, are damaged or if you don't feel comfortable with the item. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to o Chefemtuacasa@gmail.com.

Shipping
To return your product, you must contact us by email: your product by mail: opresidentemtuacasa@gmail.com.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on your location, the time for receiving the item may vary.

If you send an item over 50 euros, you should consider using a transport service with a location option or purchasing transport insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
